Several QBs have had their best years under him even when on some bad teams.
Tannehill and Foles both showed up big under him.

Andy is not the type of guy who thinks he's bigger than anybody. Dude is nothing but humble, so I am sure he is going to take advice and coaching from his QB coach just like any self respecting QB would do. No one is too good for criticism and critiquing.

Yeah pretty much this, I'm having issues with people having issues with this hire.  He's experienced and done well when working directly with a QB, what exactly do you want more than that?
