The Dolphins and the Redskins.

They'd both be 6-9 right now, believe it or not.  (The Jets would be 8-7, so could still theoretically finish .500)

Professional athletes are competitive. It hurts their ego thinking they're as bad as 1-14 indicates so they do some mental gymnastics to make the team seem better.
