Andy Dalton's surgery

I'd like to see Dalton in another uniform next year. He deserves the fresh start and I'd like to see him win a playoff game. As for the Bengals, it would show they are serious about a rebuild and hopefully under new coaching. Things have to be shaken up and changed.
