I guess now it would fall to Greene, Abbott, and...Williamson I guess? Or maybe Phillips if he can pitch like he did last night? (7 IP, 2 ER)
I'm really not liking what the Reds have going now with both Ashcraft and Lodolo out the rest of the year.

I should mention that for those who had not noticed in recent games, Lively is pitching essentially as a long reliever.
The guys they are actually giving the starts are not actually starters, but just placeholder relievers getting to pitch 1-2 innings before going to either another reliever for 1-2 innings or Lively to pitch 3-5 innings.

I assume they're doing this to get him ready to pitch as a long reliever for postseason (if they make it, obv).
