Bengals UDFAs Official Thread
#81
LB Brandon Bell released-played in 9 games last year
WR Charles Holland released-he lasted a grand total of 1 day

signed
WR-Ventell Bryant-Temple 6'3" 200lbs Temple's all time leading receiver in catches and yards. Wore #1 as Temple's toughest player

LB-Sterling Sheffield-Maine 6'2" 225Lbs Described as too small to be an NFL LB and too slow to be a safety. Former QB

LB-Noah Dawkins-The Citadal 6'1" 215lbs Pro day 40 4.41sec, with a tweaked hammy, which would have been #1 for position group at combine. Was at Seahawks rookie camp last week

Fueled by the pursuit of greatness.

There's talk that Finley is Andy-Light, but at 6'6" 241 and a rocket arm this dude is not

Dolegala and Finley were the only two QBs the Bengals interviewed, must have liked them both.

For such a "rocket arm" there are precious few highlights of Dolegala to be found. IDK, maybe someone has such highlights stashed away .. I'm sure the Bengals have seen something special in this guy other than a face similar to Kenny Anderson's..

Folks say if you're not happy with Andy's performance why would you want someone just like him. Well this dude is nothing like Andy standing 6'7" 240 with a cannon for an arm. Talk was he looked good today.

This guy will have no problem seeing over the O-line, like the grab.

Yeah he is an UDFA but what I did see is a kid who helped out a QB on numerous occasions when he made really bad throws. This kid seems to have some real ability to be worked with. Really good size and speed....ran 4.48 at his Pro Day.

Gonna have to watch some of Willis's highlights now...
