Biden Doesn't Understand The Constitution

Biden either doesn't understand the Constitution for he thinks people are too stupid to know that the Constitution doesn't grant the right to abortion.

At a recent rally ahead of midterms, he sought to rally Democrats behind restoring Roe v Wade.



Either Biden doesn't understand that abortion isn't protected under the Constitution or he thinks people are too stupid to understand that.

I think it's a mixture of both because he knows the Dems are going to get slaughtered in the midterms and he's hoping that people will focus on this instead of matters like the horrible economy or open border, among others.

Abortion is not an enumerated power, and is therefore covered by the 10th Amendment giving each state the right to pass laws not expressly forbidden to them.

Regulating abortion is a power, but we're talking about the right to an abortion. Rights are covered by the 9th, powers by the 10th. It's not as black and white as you'd like to think because those are competing views on the interpretation of rights.

This only matters to people who think that understanding the Constitution should be a prime requirement for a president.
