Hunter Biden's legal team once vowed to prosecutors that they would have President Biden take the stand to testify as a fact witness for the defense if his son faced criminal charges.


Biden's then-attorney Chris Clark made the claim in a letter to prosecutors in October 2022, shortly after news leaked that the Justice Department had enough evidence against the first son to move forward with an indictment.

Clark warned that if the DOJ did bring charges relating to Hunter's alleged purchase of a firearm while addicted to cocaine, the president would take the stand.

Biden lied again, he said he never interfered with D.O.J. investigating Hunter Biden. Now, HB's attorney has resigned after his leaked document.

Again you haven't connected any of this to Joe himself.  Just because Hunter's lawyers said they would have Joe testify doesn't mean Joe was trying to stop or hinder the DOJ investigation or that he knew anything about Hunter's business activities.   It also doesn't mean Joe himself knew he was being bandied about as a potential witness

The gun charge was something totally separate from any business actions.  Joe could have testified to Hunter's addiction which led to a general loss of awareness of legality at the time.
