Big Ten Wrestling Championships!
#1

Penn State going for another team championship.

But Carter Starocci, their #1-ranked 174 pounder and 3X NCAA champ, was hurt in the last match of the season and is
forfeiting out of the tournament. He'll get an at-large admission to the NCAA finals though. And a chance to become a 4-timer, along with
team mate Aaron Brooks (197).

The rest of the PSU team has qualified for nationals already--all except Starocci are in the semi finals.

No one out there follows OSU or Nebraska? Iowa?

As I write this, at 165 PSU's true freshman Mesenbrink just defeated Iowa's Caliendo with a tech fall.

Teams scoring has PSU #1 (113), Michigan #2 (98.5), Nebraska #3 (89), Iowa #4 (81.5) and OSU #5 (71.5), half way through semifinals.
