To make preseason games more exciting
#1
Turn them into reality shows.  The losing team has to release 4 players at midfield as soon as the game ends.  Winning team gets  an extra week to make cut downs.

Getting fans involved would be the avenue. Having a score card ballot listing each player and giving the fans a chance to grade their performance would be pretty cool. Also an online version would be great for those who couldn't make it to the game.

Losing coach gets pie in the face from winning coach = White Marvin!

Teams winning at halftime have to take two shots per person of the alcohol of the losing teams choice, in order to even the playing field.

Get rid of 3 of the 4 and make the Super Bowl a best of 3 Super Series. Each team gets a home game and a neutral site game 3 if needed. You're welcome NFL!

The NFL won't eliminate games as they get advertising revenue and the ticket prices are basically the same as the regular season games.

Now...they might go to an 18 game season at some point...

This actually isn't a bad idea. Of course we would always lose in 2, there's still hope after the first beat down!

A series is an interesting idea.

People like to think that the best teams are the champion in sports...but in most sports that's not the case. Even a series doesn't guarantee that.

I kind of like how the Super Bowl is a 1 day event. If you dilute it by making it a series...I think it loses some of its appeal.
