Bye Week Plans?
#21
I'm having a colonoscopy on Thursday. Tomorrow I will chug a gallon of Turbolax and then spend the night eliminating all the Pittsburgh in my intestines.

Thanks for asking.

Going to my parents' to help my dad move some bricks and wood, fix stuff in the backyard, strap down the boat so it's, "waterproof," then move it to its spot, then in the house for an early dinner, watch the Cowboys, bonfire and head home around SNF time.

And do you like or dislike bye weeks?

Lone bye weeks, coming off a big win.  Sit there and cheer against all the other AFC opponents.

To be unselfish, the bye weeks are necessary, and allow the players a much needed rest and recuperation period,(at least more than they would normally get),and prepare for the brutal second half of the season.I don’t enjoy it as much without the Bengals, but I’ll still be watching football.

Get the yard ready for winter...

Bye weeks are good...   its a brutal sport.   sometimes they come at bad times though...  Like if your team is hot you don't want them taking a week off.  But the opposite is also true when your team is banged up that week can make all the difference down the stretch

The first two Bengal's games I watched this year were good, the Miami and Jets games, but then the Browns game was horrible. That interception on the first drive got inside Joe's head methinks. So, without a big project to do over the weekend, I'll probably be doing housework on Sunday while the Fox games play in the background. For the Bengals, hopefully they spend the time rehabbing Ja'Marr and coming up with running schemes.

With the weather forecasted to be cold it looks like I'll devote the day to rooting for AFC North teams to lose.
