Can someone explain?

Mixon has been way more effective running from a shotgun formation than when Dalton is under center.

Why were most if not all of Mixon's run attempts called when Dalton was under center?

Second question, do we ever call a play action pass when Dalton is under center?

It seems to me that when he is under center we run at least 90% of the time.

I suspect that part of our problem is that opposing Ds know what we are going to do on almost every play.

To answer your second question, yes we run PA from under center. The fake reverse screen that Mixon took 60 yards was from under center.
