Controlling the Spread
#1
Our ability to control the global spread of disease is unsatisfactory.

There is some really bad stuff out there.

There are some really evil people out there.

At some point a disease could make a person lose rights.

Where is the line?

Honestly, I never thought we'd survive a real, worldwide or even national natural disaster.

We can't get along to get out of a parking lot after an event.

But if there was an actual bio attack of some sort I truly believe that at least a third of the country would die simply because they wouldn't believe anything they were being told on how to protect themselves.

And heaven forbid the GOVERNMENT try and give guidance!

No, we're pretty much doomed.  It's just a matter of when and how.

lol'ed at the parking lot analogy

and the government thing is what I was trying to get at.

Out of all the different entities out there. The US government needs to be the #1 most trustworthy source of information when it comes to these things.
