What a moron. Hope these DACA people get shipped out or ship themselves out like this joker.

This program was a waste and these people should be treated as every other illegal.

Deported. All adults deported and the under age kids need to go with their parents when they are deported. I would allow under age children a chance to apply for a visa in an expedited manner once they are adults.

On Monday, a Mexican man who was caught jumping over the border wall last February, sued the Department of Homeland Security for deporting him before he later dropped the lawsuit and returned to Mexico, was arrested and charged with illegally re-entering the U.S.

Juan Manuel Montes Bojorquez, 23, was arrested near Calexico, CA. He became famous as the supposed first person protected by DACA to have been deported by the Trump administration. He had sued the Trump administration in April, asserting that Border Patrol agents had arrested him in Calexico last February and then deported him illegally, as he was protected by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

But U.S. Homeland Security officials said Montes had not been deported but had returned to Mexico voluntarily, causing him to lose his DACA privileges. He dropped the lawsuit in October; the National Immigration Law Center claimed the “litigation has been a taxing experience” for Montes, so he had decided to remain in Mexico.

Assistant Chief Patrol Agent David S. Kim said, “Our agents witnessed and arrested Mr. Bojorquez making an illegal entry into the United States for the second time this year. Border Patrol Agents will always stop, detain, and arrest anyone making an illegal entry into the country irrespective of their immigration or citizenship status.”

As The Wall Street Journal reports, “As of the end of August, about 287,000 people were arrested at the Mexican border during the 2017 budget year that ended in September. During the 2016 budget year, agents made about 408,000 arrests.”
