Obviously Joe helps the transition but the Bengals were never spending in FA like they have since its been rumored she took over.
Not sure they would have kept on doing it either if it did not pay dividends immediately. She is a rock star in my book.

The free agent thing was because the Bengals were dropping their big contracts from the Marvin Lewis era and had no one on the roster worth spending money on.

Elizabeth Blackburn is doing a great job, and in fact they all are. I dont know if anyone has posted this, but they put it up on Youtube yesterday and its pretty cool. Behind the scenes on a game day. Good stuff....

I'm not trying to start a discussion or argument on this topic, but isn't there a place in settings that allows you to turn sigs off, i.e., not be able to see any sigs on any posts? That way, he doesn't have to worry about ever seeing an offending sig again.

Scroll down and under "Your Profile", click on "Edit Options".
On the right hand side you'll see "Thread View Options".
Under that, uncheck "Display users' signatures in their posts"
You can also uncheck "Display users' avatars in their posts".
I just tested it and it works.

we all see things different an have differnt opinions.
Can someone explain to me who elizabeth blackburn is? I mean I get that shes the daughter of katie but what is her role in the organization? Does she just lead the team in digital marketing or does she have decision making ability as it comes to personnel moves as well?
