Tucker Carlson Asked Hunter Biden to Help His Son Get Into College

Also, did Tucker admit to knowing and asking Hunter for favors before?  Seems a little weird he's hide it if it's such a non issue.

Also was that Tucker who acted confused and denied it when Matt Gaetz talked about bringing one of his totally legal dates to dinner with Tucker and his wife?  Something about glass houses comes to mind, but I'd be an unreasonable person to take these characters at their word.

In my radio days I got to broadcast from a couple local WWF shows.  I always got a kick out of them getting there in cars together.  Then all hanging out in the same locker room.  Smirk

Also got to interview Bob Backlund at one of them.  Around 1993-1994.  I'm convinced to this day that there was something mentally wrong with that man. Tongue

Of course you wouldn't. For one, you're most likely a more decent person than Tucker is. Also, you're not in a position to create such stories on a daily basis to begin with.

Tucker's in the media business, which certainly is a dirty one, lots of politics, lots of changes, lots of wavering loyalties and changing allegiances. In some respect, getting along well with the major figures of the public spotlight can be seen as part of this job. As is suddenly being in a position to go after such a someone you once got along with fine.

That Tucker invented some child pornography story imho is the real slam against him. That he once seemed to be some kind of acquaintance with the slandered individuum imho adds little to nothing to that critizism.

And if Rachel Maddow once was some kind of friends with McCarthy or any other Republican she slams on a daily basis, reporting on that would make for a petty story as well.

But again, even saying that accusing someone with a different political ideology of one of the worst crimes on earth doesn't count because democrats deserve to be ruined....

Tucker made the accusations of Hunter, then he said he had the laptop and thus evidence that it was true and THEN he said he wouldn't turn over the evidence or pursue it further.  If you believe what Tucker says then he admitted that he is protecting someone who has CP, molests children, and possibly sex traffics them.  Why is that ok?

This is what is qualifies as insanity in my mind.  A voice of the right wing and someone republicans have claimed should/could be president someday has evidence of heinous crimes but he won't turn it over to authorities and he was secretly on good terms with the man he told everyone is committing the crimes he has evidence of.

IF you believe Tucker Carlson THEN he just flat out told you he's protecting someone who abuses children.  What the hell is wrong with his audience?  Oh wait, Biden's staff didn't put up a stocking so blah blah blah.

My lord, this country is insane and it's not even the FUN kind of insane.

I didn't say or imply that what Tucker did there was ok. Of course it is not. As I said, this (and then some stuff) is the actual vile thing that Tucker did. It doesn't turn significantly more vile because he hung out with the person in question several years before.

So that is my ongoing headline, Tucker accuses someone without proof of engaging in child pornography. And that's that.

I'm not arguing with you, I agree with you...I'm just attempting to understand the mindset of people who think Tucker is anything other than a complete liar.  Even if you take him at his word he's still hanging himself.  Wacky, I tells ya.

Right, but Tucker's fans "know" his lawyer had to say that in order to get around the unfair media that is out to silence him and declare that anything other than "Joe Biden is the best president ever" be labeled as hate-speech.

Again, it's all about Tucker himself saying he is letting a monster off the hook.

Tucker is lame and he continues to play his viewers as fools. It's not like they haven't been told this over and over again (Tucker is vaccinated and was even before Fox mandated it for example).

That's the thing. Tucker's fans aren't reasonable.

I'm aware of that, but usually you can say "Well, if they believe everything the guy says then sure, they'll like him." but Tucker had plainly said to them that he knows Hunter is scum and he has evidence of it, but he has decided to just let him walk.  That is what is baffling about it.

His audience is so loyal they don't even let him hang himself with his own words.
