End of half or game scoring
#1
The Bengals have played 20 games this season.  They scored in the last 2 minutes of the 1st half 14 times. They scored in the last 2 minutes of the 2nd half 5 times and twice won in walk off fashion in OT.

They have had plenty of game time practice at a 2 minute drill

I knew it had been a lot but until I wrote it down didn't realize how many times.  It is so good to be past the days of thinking the 2nd QTR was 13 minutes or an opportunity for someone else to score against us

Minnesota-  TD 35 seconds left in 1st half
                  walk-off field goal OT
Pittsburgh-  TD 37 seconds left in 1st half
Jacksonville- Walk-off field goal in regulation
Green Bay-  TD 36 seconds left in 1st half
Detroit-        Field Goal at end of 1st half
Baltimore-    Field Goal 3 seconds left in 1st half
New York-    Field Goal 1:51 left in 1st half
Cleveland-   Field Goal 2 seconds left in 1st half
Las Vegas-   Field Goal 1:04 left in the game
Pittsburgh-  Interception return for TD 30 seconds left in 1st half
San Francisco- TD 1:19 left in regulation
Denver-       Field Goal at end of the first half
Baltimore-   TD 21 seconds left in first half
Kansas City- Field Goal 41 seconds left in first half
Walk-off field goal to win the game
Las Vegas-  TD 1:51 left in 1st half
Tennessee- Field Goal 1:35 left in 1st half
Walk-off field goal to win the game
Kansas City-TD 1:05 left in 1st half
Walk-off field goal in OT to win the game

Fueled by the pursuit of greatness.

If I did my math correctly that comes to 95 points you listed above. Our point differential for the season plus playoffs is only +97.

And if we all remember correctly, this used to happen against the Bengals all the time. Whoever they were playing would get the ball back with 2 min or less and go right down the field, and get points. And that always seemed to be the difference between a win and a loss. Another thing that seems to have turned around for us this year.

Again, reflects the culture change. These guys expect something good to happen late to get them a victory. Polar opposite from years gone by. Burrow & Taylor have totally changed the culture from a losing mentality to one that expects to win. It is amazing!

It's why it shouldn't take an organization 16 years to change coaches... but that's nor here or there.. lets enjoy the moment :)

Taylor took over a team that had made the playoffs 6 of the previous 10 years.

Marvin Lewis was the coach who changed the culture here.
