Among the things that the judge summarized...Facebook purchases of Instagram, etc were approved 6 years earlier by the very people bringing the lawsuit today. There is also an argument of whether a free service is a damage to the public. Both republicans and democrats seem to be pushing the monopoly argument but customers don't seem up in arms when using/getting the service. Not sure there is public support for this.
