Freddie was in over his head, he's a good Assistant coach but struggled as HC.  From what I've read he was on the bubble until the loss to the Bengals, as stated the team was undisciplined and seemed not up for games that with game management and sketchy play calling the writing was on the wall.

Same boat as our guy. As a new HC he should have put 100% into learning the job and leave the play calling etc to someone else. Or at least figured out he needed to do that early on.

True not sure why all these first time HCs have to do it all, learn the job and then maybe take on more responsibility.
