Well, except for the fact that Jay or Hue could actually use Pryor in a game plan, unlike Zampeze.

Ha, everybody knows that a "listed" weight isn't always accurate. Hell, when I played, they listed me at 265, but in reality I was only 235. Now that my playing days are gone, I wish I was still 235.

He did. When he cleared waivers, he said he'd be open to switch to WR. Cleveland signed him, but then cut him right before the season opener. He re-signed later in the year and then 2016 hit.

You can look at Pryor and see he is not even close to 250 tho.

The receivers you mention may be faster in a short shuttle, but with pads on and with that length, I disagee with your statement about him not being close to the fastest. I think he was clocked at 4.2 while still at OSU.
He was clocked between 4.38 and 4.41 at his Pro Day in PA, and it's unlikely that he's gained speed since then. OSU is notorious for fast 40 times, and it's widely known that the track at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center knocks off about .1 off of what guys normally run. He still has deep speed and a big frame, but he's not the fastest WR in the league by a long shot.

Pryor may not be the fastest WR in the 40, but I'd be willing to say that he's in the top 3 in 60,80, or 100. No matter what his weight actually is, the guy has amazing body control and athleticism. People forget that he just as highly recruited for being a shooting guard in basketball, as well as the Nation's top HS QB.
Do I think that an athlete such as Pryor could help the Bengals? You bet I do.

I would agree that amount is more than the Bengals would/should be willing to pay for an additional WR. For some reason, I was guessing that he would be worth about half that amount.

I agree ! He has not proven himself enough to warrant that kind of money yet.
