Haha that's great.

Typical liberal .... Calling out rape .... I can't stand the way people throw words like rape, racist, etc out .... It's like the definition has been totally forgotten.

Seems like a sovereign citizen type. One of those quasi-libertarians who doesn't understand how the law actually works.

Apparently the use of "free inhabitant" in the AoC meant someone who wasn't a slave. Not that her misuse of it matters as the Constitution supersedes the Articles.

There is nothing "typical liberal" about anything she said.

In fact the type of people who claim the government has no power are usually conservative and/or anti-progressives.

Calling out rape when it's clear there is no rape?

Sounds pretty much like a liberal who doesn't understand the definition of rape.

What does being a liberal have to do with the definition of rape?

Her insistence that individual liberties are greater than the power of the state are clearly directly in line with your mindset.  Her ideology is the exact opposite of Liberal or progressive.

Who has a history of crying rape without actually being raped.... Liberals.

There is a bad habit of tossing around those words and not being close

Really?  Do they check voter ID when a false rape accusation is made?

You deep concern for female issues is showing again btw.

Her voice alone should be against the law.  The deputy should have gotten a second unit on scene though, a second pair of eyes is a huge benefit when dealing with sovereign citizen morons.  What annoys me in almost every single one of these type videos is the officer tries to reason with the person way past the point were it's obvious that it's pointless to do so.  You inform them that they will have full legal recourse in the court room and to make their argument to the judge.  Done, end of discussion.

As far from a liberal as you can get, when you break character and try and troll it's blindingly obvious.

And did they check the voter registration?  I might have missed that important part of the story.

Did you actually think I was gonna post every time the media has overblown a rape accusation? I just listed the most public two.

Just shown two examples above of the most overblown instances in the media. Duke lacrosse and UVA.

I know it's not common but the media jumps all over these and it makes people quick to call rape or someone a racist ... Or whatever. Those terms get tossed around way too much these days and it hurts the legitimate instances. And that's what sucks.

Well no I didn't.

But I thought you would produce at least one where they checked their political leanings to show how its a typical liberal thing to do.

Quit ruining this awesomeness with politics.

"We have all of the rights but don't have to follow any of the laws." Where can I get one of these sovereign memberships?

Couldn't the officer declare that he is a free inhabitant not bound by any laws and can therefore do as he damn well pleases with her?

Wasn't there a constitutional congress that wrote a document that replaced the Articles?

On edit, apparently I'm wrong. At least according to Timbriand:

The articles of the confederation is the second organic law. The constitution is the fourth. The articles were never replaced by the constitution. The Declaration of Independence, the articles of the confederation, the northwest ordinance and the constitution for the United States of America are the four organic laws and supreme over all others. She is partially right about being free inhabitants. That does exist. The Supreme Court has many rulings on this. The fourteenth amendment created a second class of citizen or a U.S. Federal government citizen prior to that we were all free inhabitants. All statute or RSA are basically corporate law that do not apply to most Americans

Articles of Confederation, art. 4

1 Mar. 1781
Quote:Article IV. The better to secure and perpetuate mutual friendship and intercourse among the people of the different states in this union, the free inhabitants of each of these states, paupers, vagabonds and fugitives from justice excepted, shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of free citizens in the several states; and the people of each state shall have free ingress and regress to and from any other state, and shall enjoy therein all the privileges of trade and commerce, subject to the same duties, impositions and restrictions as the inhabitants thereof respectively, provided that such restriction shall not extend so far as to prevent the removal of property imported into any state, to any other state, of which the Owner is an inhabitant; provided also that no imposition, duties or restriction shall be laid by any state, on the property of the united states, or either of them.

Yeah I'm not seeing it.
