Timbraind is completely wrong.  This theory is based on a misinterpretation of Article 1, Section 8, of the Constitution which lists the powers of Congress.  Clause 17 of section 8 says......

The Congress shall have Power To ...exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States....

So these people try to claim that the legislative powers of congress apply ONLY to the District of Columbia.  They claim that Congress has no authority to pass laws that apply to the rest of the country except in the case of regulating commerce which is specifically listed in clause 7.  This argument is baseless and has been rejected by the courts.

Oh I know he's wrong. Just copied it out of the comments for laughs. But thanks for showing where he derived this idea. Had no idea on that.

Yeah I'm not seeing it.

Yea, he's way off. For starters, the DoI does not establish any "organic" laws. It's purely theoretical and the authority of our declaration depended on us being successful in our revolution.

The AoC were also superseded by the Constitution. It would make no sense if both existed simultaneously. And as you just said, article 4 of the AOC doesn't establish this class of citizen that they say it establishes. It's merely referring to people who are not slaves, and it is worded to explain that free men in one state are entitled to the privileges free men in other states had. This is necessary in a confederation, but we no longe rhave one.

This girl is just stupid, and so is this guy, lol. But you know that.
