The best one I saw on Netflix was called Lawless with Tom Hardy and Shia Labeouf.  Its about bootlegging during the Prohibition Era in Virginia.  Damn good movie but I don't know if its on Netflix anymore.

just watched Siege of Jadotville. It was good, true story about the U.N.'s first major action, somewhere in Africa.

I recommend this as well.

I just finished watching "The Magicians". It's a series, not a movie. Imagine a college-aged "Harry Potter" where the kids spend have time having sex.

What if I don't like Harry Potter that much? Think I would still dig it?

If you like 20-somethings-in-heat and horror movies, you might like it even better.

I recently watched Marvels: "Civil War." It was ok but not extremely stellar.

I haven't seen any of the previous ones. Should I watch them first?

Maybe, that's up to you. As long as you understand the Marvel super heroes, it will be entertaining.

I watched Captive this weekend. It's a psychological thriller, so not the genre you're looking for, but I liked it.
