Below is the article, but above is what they provided the Enquirer through freedom of information requests. 275 pages of that image above, not even a comma went un-redacted. The last couple years it feels like less transparency is becoming common place and I'd love to see a court challenge here by the Enquirer to push back against this crap.

They are doing it to protect the taxpayers.  Duh.
