I want a Higgins jersey so bad... but not willing to bite the bullet unless they sign him long term!

Hope they can figure it out... I want him to be a Bengals legend.

The Marks Brothers played together for 10 years. Yes, different time but, Bengals, make it happen.

His impact says it and his numbers say it

If I’m a team like the Browns, Ravens or Pitt I’m offering him 4 years 120 million just to get him outta Cincy

He still wouldn’t go to those teams tbh.

Tee should fit in somewhere with these assuming he has a big year next season as well.
- Titans got the #18 pick for AJ Brown  (Last year of rookie contract)
- Chiefs got a 1st, 2nd, 2 4ths and a 6th for Hill  (Last year of first extension)
- Packers got a 1st and a 2nd for Davante Adams. (2nd Tag)

(contract year traded)*

I feel like this might be his last year ala AJ Brown. Hope not, not money makes people do silly things.

Good thing you have waited because even if he stays he’s already said he’s changing his number next season…

Yup.. this was another reason why I've waited.

When I made my profile pic I was planning on keeping it longer than 4 years

IF they can sign him for something remotely reasonable you think it would make good sense to. What are the chances they get someone close to his production entering their prime?

Higgins is still only 23yo. Those 3 mentioned are 25, 28, and 30. Obviously Brown is still young but the other 2 are on the downside of their careers.

Would love it if we could keep him around after we win the SB against the 49ers and dispatch that monkey.

The cap will continue to rise. Tee is signed thru next year.

Guys I'd consider replacing to pay Tee:

1) Mixon (we save $10 mil+ if we don't pick up his option in '24.
2) Collins (can save $7 mil if cut in '24)
3) Jonah. $12.6 mil comes off the books after '23.
4) Boyd. $10.3 mil off the books after '23.

Could re-sign Jonah/Boyd for less than their '23 salaries and save some. There are other candidates.

Eye test says he does sometimes. There was a game or two earlier this year he looked distracted or absent.

Regretfully I dont think this is true.  Not sure on Jonah, but I know what Boyd wants and it is much more than his current 10M.

The 2nd straight year. Very impressive considering
He has missed a couple games. 75 catches 1,022
7 TDs. The guy just shows up and plays 110%.
Not alot of talking or bravado. His play
On the field talks for him.

Was a little nervous about Tee.  Wanted to make sure his hammy was 100% next week, but he looked great, sans the one dropped TD.
