Only 4 Winners didn't have a top notch Safety on there team and all of those teams that didn't had an amazing pass rush.

Secondly we're a Single High team. So if anything having a deep Safety like Bates is more of a necessity.

If we part ways with Jessie will still have a "top notch" Safety on the team. Bell will cost about $7 Mil next year; Bates will cost twice that.

You do realize their asked to do two different things. Ones the best run stuffer in the league (Bell) and the other is the best pass defender In the league (Bates). The two are PB&J.
