Injury update

Jordan is participating in position drills
Cordy's work on the rehab field, at least in the public portion, consisted on riding the stationary bike. so these guys in the tweet are likely 6 of the 7 inactives on Sunday. A lot of 3rd stringers will get significant playing time

Wow, we are missing 3 DL

We need some guys to step up

The loss of 2 DE's is not good either since we cut Willis

It's going to be pretty rough around here Sunday night (and probably from here on out).

I think most fans have extremely low expectations for next couple of years.

So no need to be upset or cry and moan after each loss.

We will win some games that surprise people...but yes the bar is pretty low now for expectations.

I honestly think we match up well with the Bills...assuming the defense that we saw last week isn't what we see going forward.

Bills Game Injury List Friday Night per Bengals.com

OUT : AJ GREEN-WR, CORDY GLENN-LEFT TACKLE, BW WEBB-CORNERBACK, RYAN GLASGOW-DEFENSIVE TACKLE, KERRY WYNN-DEFENSIVE END

DOUBTFUL : CARL LAWSON-DEFENSIVE END

QUESTIONABLE : MICHAEL JORDAN, OFFENSIVE LINE

C.J UZOMAH and TYLER EIFERT, Both TIGHT ENDS had 2 Full Practice Days and ANDRE SMITH- OFFENSIVE TACKLE had 1 Full Practice Day. These 3 have been moved up to able to play Sunday. ....JORDAN did have limited practice Friday, so he is able to play if needed Sunday. Look for more Price on the field Sunday because he is healthy.

The loss of top pick Left Tackle Williams, and big free agent signing in 2018 Left Tackle Glenn hurts an offensive line that has struggled since Zeitler and Whitworth let go after 2016 season. With Williams and Glenn out this season, do we have to ask why no running game and why Dalton is taking hits and being rushed. It's hard to pass all game with no blocking also. With Left Tackle this weak, there is no quarterback blind side protection, and not much protection from right side or up the gut either.

Watch the O Line Sunday. If they can't block, they can't win, so don't blame Dalton or Mixon if there is no blocking.

The #1 Goal in football 101 from Pee Wee on up is Protect The Quarterback. Bengals need to force the run Sunday, at least the first half. If they keep passing all game this awful O Line will get Dalton injured for season and then you can flush season down the toilet. I noticed last few seasons Saints run the ball first half and Brees hardly threw until second half, even if they got few points first half. Bengals need to pound Mixon, Bernard and Perine the 1st Half. Mix in some passes. At least 1st Half run the rock. Who knows, maybe they can get a lead and run the rock in 2nd half also. Fire off on run blocking, get their body's into it. Maybe less sweeps, Mixon and Bernard aren't good on sweeps, more up the gut runners. Bengals sweeps for years go for losses. Good. Quick ATTACK runs, not that slow developing garbage.......A Run Heavy Attack and big game from Mixon is just what team needs with both Left Tackles injured in passing game. Bengals could use Mixon, Bernard to look like 1970 season Paul Robinson & Elliott running this team to Wins this Sunday. Get after the Bills with Power Run Blocking, because Pass Blocking takes more talent than we got due to injuries. Andre Smith was always a better run blocker than pass blocker. Yes, use Boyd & Ross, but get Mixon more in the games and hit these tight ends. 1981 Bengals beat teams to death with RB- Pete Johnson and TE-Ross. You hit them with the RB and TE . Even this O Line should be able to run block, FIRE OFF, get after them. Let Andre Smith pancake somebody on a running play, it's what he is best at, the big fatty.

There’s their t-shirt motto for the next couple of years.

Or at least despair.com’s next best selling demotivator.

I think the motto every year should be the same.. "Well, there's always next season...maybe!"

You're kidding right? The Bengals are a Mike Brown owned team! Where's your sense of loyalty?  Has Mikey Boy ever let us down before? Of course not. Why Mikey would just as soon forget to water the grass in someone else's backyard 500 miles away that let Bengals fans down.  Hilarious

It could be like a license plate.  You have the same shirt every year, but you get a sticker each season with the new year number.

Honestly, Glenn was one of the worst run blocking Tackles in football last year. To chalk losing him as the cause of our running woes...is inaccurate.

Williams? Who knows what we have in him. The board thought Price would be the solution at Center. That Glenn would be a good RT. For all we know Williams will struggle with our coaches.
