Is there a better guitar performance in the 1960's than this?

One of the bravest albums ever released is Ten Years After's second album Undead. It is a 1968 live album of previously unreleased material and contains their version of the old Big Band classic, Woodchopper's Ball

Here's Alvin Lee absolutely tearing shit up.

He was ahead of his time. If he was born 10-15 years later, he would have OWNED the Heavy Metal explosion in 1982-83. He has that pissed off look on his face when he's "gittin' it" as my buddy says. One of their last shows before breaking up.

Speaking of Ten Years Later, a great "Under The Radar" band

And here he is with a Beatle in 1994

One of the greatest guitarists in the history of Rock N Roll. Sadly, he passed away on March 13, 2013 when they put him under for shoulder surgery and he never came out of it. I'll always remember that because it was on my first official day working at the radio station I helped a friend create and we had to announce it all day long.
