They passed into law in Illinois and the governor signed it so yes it is now law.

It is sad on many fronts. Next, illegal immigrants will be voting if the Democrats have their way. It is all part of the plan to extend their base, allow open borders or policy that allows illegals to enter the US and be dispersed while waiting a court date. It is crazy how Biden and the Democrats  think more of illegal immigrants than they do the many in poverty and homeless.

It is the law in Illinois, at this time.  States often pass legislation that is later struck down at the federal level as being unconstitutional.
