12-35 in 3 seasons as Jags head coach with the finale in Houston this week.
Jaguars haven't made the playoffs since 2007, which was the last time they had a winning record.

Good he has developed bortles.
His defense has to pick it up though.

You can see he is building that team they have had some solid drafts lately not reaching for need and grabbing BPA.... The defense is better and the offense is scoring more points just not consistantly yet. They finally found some WRs after the blackmon fiasco... they are turning it around.

Smart call. They finally have building blocks in place. 2016 is the year to see if he can put everything together for a run at a division title.
