I agree.  But there are usually only a couple of those in a draft and you can only get one in the first.  And who on earth has the least bit of faith in the Bengals' ability to get a potential stud later and turn him into one?   Not only do we do a bad job of drafting LB's, we are also no good at developing them.

It seems that way.  This has been a historic problem for this franchise.
