Kaperniek looks lost everytime I see him. He was in the perfect situation and he looked ok but now the whole thing fell apart and he looks bewildered and confused. It seems like they were tayloring to his skills and bringing him along and now he looks like a deer in the headlights of a semi waiting for impact. It might be what is best for him to get out of there.

He got the ideal situation to develop in. Powerful defense, powerful OL, great running game and veteran receivers. The problem is he hasn't developed at all - still no touch on the passes, still doesn't scan the field, still no progressions. So when he actually had to play QB instead of being an athlete who lined up at QB he flopped totally.
