Leadership
#1
Where is our leadership, Zac needs to do better, needs to get a bit of fire on sideline, call out his assistants Pollack OMG get the line ready, , we handed you 3 veterans and draft picks do something better .. and Burrow needs to take command early in game.. going straight to the bench, stop and get your line a bit of how you should be feeling...waiting to 2nd half is a receipt for a loss when you add the odds up...

The main leaders I see on this team right now is on Defense side of the ball..

There are about 10 issues I could name. Yelling at guys to play better won't fix most.

Ya know it's funny when you see a player like Hurst playing his guts out and these lazy weak excuse of players who showed up today.

Maybe an ass chewing should climb that list of 10 you have.

Well i agree with Romo on this one, he called timeout because he felt he could not get off play with empty set, he was explaining to Zac why.. you can;t blame Zac for running empty since Joe wants those sets.. he has said that and we still made the most out of our pass plays in empty.. Also Joe can bring any player into the backup.. he can lineup up Hurst , Boyd etc to block or just adjust.. he has a ton of freedom with this offense..

He is saying no hence his wincing and hand shaking as he is saying it.

I disagree. He isn't wincing and his hand gesture is rolling his wrist like asking for it.
