When you read theses things through symbolism, it appears that we are at the 6th day.
And it is far more impressive to have the universe all written in a Big Bang than a sort of a layer drawing step by step.

When you read the Genesis book from symbolism it is very interesting and on the first degree, it's just wrong. Everybody can see it.
Even Paul said in Galatians that all those things were allegories.
