More from Durham Report - Obama, Clinton all corrupt
#1
Great Read
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/obama-clapper-briefed-clinton-campaigns-russia-collusion-narrative-durham-report-shows

Trump right again, not only did Clinton, CIA and FBI know they were going to push a false narrative with Russian Collusion. So you get the liberal media pushing a lie for many years. Never forget it, they could have investigated just as John Soloman and others had done.

Fox News and John Soloman got it 100% correct, Trump was correct, corruption and fake media did all they could to take him down. Now, let's all et ready for Trump fix the Biden economy and be. the next POTUS in 2024. The American people do not like being taken advantage of and each day corruption is being revealed.

Sad, a sitting POTUS and CIA director knew about the "Big Lie", but went along with it versus shutting it down.

Fox News is entertainment, not journalism.

That report would have more credibility had it been from the Onion.

"Great read" for people who rely on Fox to interpret primary documents for them, people who want to confirm what they "already know."

I already addressed the question of "double standards" in campaign investigation in post #83 of the "Durham Investigation Ends" thread.

The Durham Report reminds us, in footnote 393 on page 82, that campaign research on other candidates or to make "negative claims" is "not illegal or criminal in any respect." Your Fox narrative implies such research was illegal and only Clinton did it, and "everyone knew" but kept it secret to get Trump. And THAT's what the Durham report "found."  It's like Fox just KNOWS its readers will never check their claims. (Fox articles are on the internet, so they MUST be true!)

Trump was doing the same thing when he publicly called for Russia to go after Hilary's emails--and the DNC server was immediately hacked; same for Trump jr's. meeting with a Russian operative to "get dirt" on Clinton.

The difference between the two campaigns was that a couple of Clinton's people were pursuing legal campaign research into the Trump campaign's many and disturbing Russia ties, while the Trump campaign (and his trusted friend Stone) was actively trying to get help from Russia. That IS illegal.  And that's already a level of collusion worth investigating, not a "lie" that Obama and Clapper "knew all along."

Durham was NOT able to establish that there was a "Clinton Plan" to tie Trump to Russia (as he was already doing himself). Hence his use of the adjectives "alleged" and "purported," to describe a plan supposedly first encountered in Russian intel, which the CIA could not rule out as planted disinformation. Or can you show me that page and paragraph in the report that actually establishes any such orders or plans? The reason Sussman gave for going to the FBI about the Alpha Bank communications was national security, not to "get Trump." And a jury acquitted him of "lying" to the FBI to accuse Trump as part of some Clinton Plan. An Alpha Bank investigation does not become a "lie" because it checks out a suspicious pattern in bank communications and finds it merely anomalous.

What a sitting POTUS and CIA director "knew" was that many in the Trump organization were eliciting contact with Russians or already in contact with them, and lying to the FBI about it. That is hardly knowing the investigation was a "lie."  Seriously, how could they know that Trump, who was publicly calling for Russian help, was NOT colluding with them? Only an investigation could establish that--the one you claim our intel services already knew was a "lie."

The only reason the collusion which clearly DID occur did not rise to the level of prosecution was because the Russians appear to have backed off.

Most readers in this forum understand how trustworthy Fox News "investigative" reporting is.

But Solomon deserves some special attention here, as he appears to be one of your major sources.

He's the guy credited with creating, single-handedly, the Uranium One conspiracy, and the guy who most actively pushed a series of false narratives about the Bidens and Ukraine corruption, along with Lev Parnas and Rudy Giuliani.

He was working at The Hill before Fox, where the constant correction of his "factual" reporting eventually moved him to the opinion page, and then on to Fox, where apparently no one bugs him for corrections and retractions.

He can appear "right all along" only if you are not reading the corrections and avoiding the more accurate and reliable MSM "fake news."

He is part of the RWM ecosystem which keeps conspiracy theories circulating years after they've been debunked. With every new blockbuster "expose" (like Jordan's amazing whistleblowers) we are told that the conspiracists were "100% right all along!!!"

Not even 1/6 or the Dominion suit can overheat this system--it always seems to come back stronger.

A shame people are too busy discrediting the source versus truly reading the FACTS IN ARTICLES.

You don't really need an investigative division if your readers

are so invested in your authority they'll ignore any fact-checking of your claims.

This is just special pleading to accept a reporter's claims on BLIND FAITH,

something his own editors learned never to do,

as he defends your party leader with the same faith.

THAT is the shame in a democracy, where transparency of government depends on critical reporting.

PS I have "truly read" Soloman's articles and concur with the editors of the MSM sources he has worked for.
Fox-style, he feeds his readers what they want, which is not the kind of reporting that can weather
basic fact-checking. Finding discrepancies between his reporting and his own claimed sources is not
the same as personal attack.
