More on Biden's big lie on Hunter Laptop
#1
Just weeks prior to the November election, 51 former intelligence officers signed a letter stating the Hunter Laptop may be compromised by the Russians. Biden used this letter to push away all of the horrible stories the NY Post had posted. It led to a ban on Facebook for the NY Post and their story was pushed aside as propaganda.

"The report found that active CIA contractors "coordinated" with the Biden campaign just weeks ahead of the 2020 election "to discredit serious allegations about Biden family influence peddling" connected to Hunter’s laptop when 51 alleged former intelligence officials released a statement dismissing the laptop.

The former intelligence officials released a statement on Oct. 19, 2020, discounting the laptop as having "all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation," in a bid to discredit the New York Post’s bombshell report on the laptop at the time."

"The report reveals new information detailing how the highest levels of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), up to and including then-CIA Director Gina Haspel, were made aware of the 'Public Statement on the Hunter Biden Emails' by 51 former intelligence officials prior to its approval and publication," the press release says, outlining of Haspel's likely knowledge of the letter. Haspel served as CIA director from 2018 to 2021 during the Trump administration.

The CIA’s chief operating officer, Andrew Makridis, testified that he informed Haspel or Deputy Director Vaughn Frederick Bishop about the statement ahead of its release, and the report indicates that CIA chiefs had the opportunity to vet the validity of the statement discrediting the laptop of Russian disinformation.

Of course, now we know the laptop was not corrupted in any way, FBI testified they knew the laptop was authentic in 2019. We also know the CIA was involved in the letter of 51, saying it should be stopped, but in the end they did not. Now we know more. Some of the 51 WERE NOT FORMER INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS, SOME WERE EMPOYED BY THE US GOVERNMENT. SO, ONE MORE LIE EXPOSED.

They interfered with an election and violated the Hatch Act.
Would the DOJ arrest them and prosecute them? I won't hold my breath the weaponized DOJ will do anything; they are Biden's wingman.

Trump CIA chief knew about infamous letter dismissing Biden laptop as propaganda before publication: report
The Hatch Act forbids most spy agency employees from engaging in partisan political activities

Active Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) contractors "colluded" with the Biden campaign when releasing a statement dismissing Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop as Russian disinformation ahead of the 2020 election, and the then-CIA chief was likely in the loop before the statement's release, according to a joint report released by three House panels shows.

"We knew that the rushed statement from the 51 former intelligence officials was a political maneuver between the Biden campaign and the intelligence community. Now with this interim report, we reveal how officials at the highest levels of the CIA were aware of the statement and CIA employees knew that several of the so-called former officials were on active contract with the CIA. The report underscores the risks posed by a weaponized federal government," House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, said in a press release Tuesday.

The House Judiciary Committee, its Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence released a report Tuesday titled, "The Intelligence Community 51: How CIA Contractors Colluded with The Biden Campaign to Mislead American Voters."

The report also included internal CIA emails where intelligence officers lamented the political nature of the statement.

"This frustrates me. I don’t think it is helpful to the Agency in the long run. Sigh," one unnamed CIA official said in an email on Oct. 20, 2020, a day after Politico published the statement discounting the laptop as disinformation.

Another unnamed colleague responded to the email, noting that some of the signatories were current CIA contractors.

One question that ought to be answered by anyone choosing to continue engaging in this disinformation is this:

Did the laptop which fell into Giuliani's possession actually have ALL or ANY of the "classic earmarks of a Russian disinformation operation"?

This is a YES or NO question about the timing, provenance and content of the laptop.

A second question is how the accusations levelled at the 51 relate to free speech.

Making a public statement based on their professional judgment sounds more like a public service than a violation of the Hatch Act or illegal "collusion" with the Clinton campaign and "weaponized" government.

Public Statement on the Hunter Biden Emails    October 19, 2020

We are all individuals who devoted significant por<ons of our lives to na<onal security. Some of
us served in senior posi<ons in policy departments and agencies, and some of us served in
senior posi<ons in the Intelligence Community. Some of us were poli<cal appointees, and some
were career officials. Many of us worked for presidents of both poli<cal par<es.
We are all also individuals who see Russia as one of our na<on’s primary adversaries. All of us
have an understanding of the wide range of Russian overt and covert ac<vi<es that undermine
US na<onal security, with some of us knowing Russian behavior in<mately, as we worked to
defend our na<on against it for a career. A few of us worked against Russian informa<on
opera<ons in the United States in the last several years.

Perhaps most important, each of us believes deeply that American ci8zens should determine the
outcome of elec8ons, not foreign governments. All of us agree with the founding fathers’
concern about the damage that foreign interference in our poli8cs can do to our democracy.
It is for all these reasons that we write to say that the arrival on the US poli<cal scene of emails
purportedly belonging to Vice President Biden’s son Hunter, much of it related to his <me
serving on the Board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, has all the classic earmarks of a
Russian informa<on opera<on.

We want to emphasize that we do not know if the emails, provided to the New York Post by
President Trump’s personal aSorney Rudy Giuliani, are genuine or not and that we do not have
evidence of Russian involvement -- just that our experience makes us deeply suspicious that the
Russian government played a significant role in this case.

If we are right, this is Russia trying to influence how Americans vote in this elec8on, and we
believe strongly that Americans need to be aware of this.

There are a number of factors that make us suspicious of Russian involvement.
Such an opera<on would be consistent with Russian objec<ves, as outlined publicly and recently
by the Intelligence Community, to create poli<cal chaos in the United States and to deepen
poli<cal divisions here but also to undermine the candidacy of former Vice President Biden and
thereby help the candidacy of President Trump. For the Russians at this point, with Trump
down in the polls, there is incen<ve for Moscow to pull out the stops to do anything possible to
help Trump win and/or to weaken Biden should he win. A “laptop op” fits the bill, as the
publica<on of the emails are clearly designed to discredit Biden.

Such an opera<on would be consistent with some of the key methods Russia has used in its now
mul<-year opera<on to interfere in our democracy – the hacking (via cyber opera<ons) and the
dumping of accurate informa<on or the distribu<on of inaccurate or misinforma<on. Russia did
both of these during the 2016 presiden<al elec<on – judgments shared by the US Intelligence
Community, the inves<ga<on into Russian ac<vi<es by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and the
en<rety (all Republicans and Democrats) on the current Senate Intelligence CommiSee.
Such an opera<on is also consistent with several data points. The Russians, according to media
reports and cybersecurity experts, targeted Burisma late last year for cyber collec<on and
gained access to its emails. And Ukrainian poli<cian and businessman Adriy Derkach, iden<fied
and sanc<oned by the US Treasury Department for being a 10-year Russian agent interfering in
the 2020 elec<on, passed purported materials on Burisma and Hunter Biden to Giuliani.
Our view that the Russians are involved in the Hunter Biden email issue is consistent with two
other significant data points as well. According to the Washington Post, ci<ng four sources,
“U.S. intelligence agencies warned the White House last year that Giuliani was the target of an
influence opera<on by Russian intelligence.”

In addi<on, media reports say that the FBI has now opened an inves<ga<on into Russian
involvement in this case. According to USA Today, “…federal authori<es are inves<ga<ng
whether the material supplied to the New York Post by Rudy Giuliani…is part of a smoke bomb
of disinforma<on pushed by Russia.”

We do not know whether these press reports are accurate, but they do suggest concern within
Execu8ve Branch departments and agencies that mirrors ours. It is high 8me that Russia stops
interfering in our democracy.

Here is the transcript from the debate, regarding the Hunter Biden laptop, for reference...

TRUMP: If this stuff is true about Russia, Ukraine, China, other countries, Iraq — If this is true, then he’s a corrupt politician. So don’t give me the stuff about how you’re this innocent baby. Joe, they’re calling you a corrupt politician–

BIDEN: Nobody says–

WELKER: President Trump, I want to stay on the issue of race. We’re talking about the issue–

TRUMP: It’s the laptop from hell.

WELKER: President Trump, we’re talking about race right now and I do want to stay on the issue of race. President Trump—

BIDEN: Nobody– Kristen, I have to respond to that.

WELKER: Please, very quickly.

BIDEN: Look, there are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what this, he’s accusing me of is a Russian plan. They have said that this has all the characteristics — four– five former heads of the CIA, both parties, say what he’s saying is a bunch of garbage. Nobody believes it except him and his good friend Rudy Giuliani.

TRUMP: You mean, the laptop is now another Russia, Russia, Russia hoax? You gotta be–

BIDEN: That’s exactly what — That’s exactly what–

TRUMP: Is this where you’re going? This is where he’s going. The laptop is Russia, Russia, Russia?

WELKER: Gentleman, I want to stay on the issue of race, okay —

TRUMP: You have to be kidding. Here we go again with Russia. Boy oh boy.

It only cost DJT 10% of the voters, if they knew the truth, last election, which would have won him the election, so why is that an issue...

That is why Biden had the letter signed by 51 "intelligence" agents drawn up, because it would not have made a difference...

It speaks to Biden being trustworthy during a debate or at any time. Biden flat out lied as did 51 others. Of course, you want to shut me or anyone down about the laptop being 100% real in October 2020 and Biden knew it and lied anyway.

Biden also lied about Charlottesville narrative, Snopes just fact checked and said Joe's and other Democrats and liberal media lied.

You will be the first to attack Trump if you feel he is lying.

It should be brought up by fair moderators since Biden said he decided to run because of Trump's racist comments on Charlottesville.

Biden is the one who needs to answer for 2 huge lies to voters during the last debate.

He did not need 10%. He needed 2% in swing states, and he wins.
