Multi Quote help

Please how do I have multiple quotes on a post?

For example, I have seen users here post different members' posts on one post.

Under the post to the right a bit there's a button that says "Multi-Quote". Click on that under each post you want. Then click the button that says "New Reply" and the posts show up in the reply box.
