For those of you in construction, how much would a 25x25 garage cost the local guy?  Just your run of the mill, standard garage.  Two 9x7 doors, a side door and one window.  Steel roof vs. shingled.  8 foot side wall.

Concrete slab and footing run you about 1629.22 for material, the doors (just plain Jane insulated) run you about 1300 installed (just the doors and associated hardware, no opener), don't know current siding or roofing costs. Door should run around 50-100 bucks, window in that ballpark as well.

Basic vinyl siding can be either very cheap or very expensive based on your taste. I just had the back half of mancave done and got basic "in stock" siding from Lowes.
