Nick Eason-hired DL Coach

It's all situational.  For example if they were looking to run a 3-4 base, full time?  Then there would likely be some adjustment to guys leaning two-gap responsibility.  In a 3-4 single-gap, they are pretty much in a 4-3, only substituting a faster edge rusher for the RDE.  In both, the responsibility for the NT is the same as always, a two-gap responsibility.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

Eason sounds like a good hire, lots of experience playing the game and coaching.

He has tons of talent to work with unlike Lukabu.
