Nope, don't risk it. Get the Center first and then play the BPA game. The Center need here is massive.

Saints definitely trading up for Jackson here. You don't give up that much for a non-QB. Especially with Sean Payton talking about wanting Mahomes last year

Yep...I like Glenn right where he is, in a Bengals uniform.

Yeah a scrub and he will get pushed into our QB just like the last one.
Good plan.

Is Lamar really a Sean Payton type of QB though?

Are there any of those guys you’d give up your first rounder next year for? Don’t see any left that are worth it. You spend a first this year and next year for a player I’m inclined to believe it’s for a QB. Thinking Jackson goes to sit behind Brees for a year or two

I can't see giving up that much to not help Brees win now.
Jackson would be for the future, IMO.

West coast style offense that is aerial friendly with guys you can do RPO plays with, I think all the pieces are there for it

I’m actually mixed on it...we need a center yes. But I also think we will have our choice of them in the second. So reaching for one in the first will keep us from taking another player.
I won’t be sad by any means if they do. But I also wouldn’t be hurt if we get James/edmunds/Evans/Hernandez in first and one of the 3 centers in the second.

I don't see it, Rudolph is more IMHO.

Hmm. That's a good take. We'll see very very shortly.
