Offensive Adjustments
#1
Ok. Enough wallowing. Lets figure out how to fix this.

We know we have a bad offensive line. We know we have some really good athlete's at WR and RB. What to do?

Let the other teams blitz and run screen passes to RB's and have hot reads for Dalton to get the ball to speed guys 1 on 1 on slants.

Send RB's out into routes and isolate them on LB's. I'd play both Mixon and Bernard in the backfield AT THE SAME TIME. Use 1 to chip and send the other into the route. (What you say? That violates the rotation?)

Use Ross and Boyd in the slot and run quick slants when the blitz comes and get the ball to them.

Run play-action fakes to freeze the defense.

On runs, pull Ced and run behind him. He seems to be good at pulling due to his athleticism. Try some pitches outside and let our athletic tackles get out there.

Take some deep shots to Green. This stretches the defense. You can block for 3-4 seconds for the ball to go that far. IF you don't take deep shots, the defense will compress down and it will be hard to do things shorter.
