One thing is for sure

That if one side says that the world will end because the other side is doing something, then it must be a good thing.

Net Neutrality? Democrats yell the sky is falling? It's best for the consumer
Russia Probe? Republicans yell the sky is falling? It's good for the country
Tax Cuts? Democrats yell the sky is falling? It's good for the tax payer
Obama Care? Republicans yell the sky is falling? It must be good for the country

Net Neutrality isn't a Republican vs Democrat thing. It's a technologically literate vs internet companies and the technologically ignorant thing.

There's 0 people (who don't have some kind of financial interest in internet company profits) who both actually understand the topic, and supported repealing Net Neutrality.

How so? It is likely to result in higher prices for access because of the number of vertical mergers and local/regional monopolies that exist. Had our regulatory agencies not been asleep at the wheel for the past thirty years, I would agree. But these things have made this a more questionable situation.

I wouldn't call it good for the country. I would say it needs to happen because of the implications of it happening and nothing being done. But it is not good for our country in the sense that this has happened and it is a black eye for us.

Is it? They are adding over $1 trillion to the deficit in order to give folks a tax cut on what were already some of the lowest taxes in our history. It's bad economics. When we're on an upswing, we should be increasing taxes slowly and cutting spending. It will boost the economy some, but not nearly as much as the GOP claims. There are also a lot of ways in the code that tax attorneys and accountants are looking at to reduce the taxable income even further for their clients because of the new pass-through laws which will reduce the revenue even further than the analysts predicted. They are going to be gaining the system on day one. This is bad policy that is being used as an excuse to cut social programs when revenues fall short, and not just entitlements, we're talking about earned benefits like Medicare and Social Security.

Bad policy as well. The ACA focused far too much on insurance. Insurance is only the top layer in the pyramid of issues that causes health care prices to rise. A very superficial solution to a very complex issue. It was also rolled out horribly and wasn't crafted well enough to succeed without Medicaid expansions in the states.
