Yep. The lost in a lot of plays or were even (0 or -1), but did not lose big on hardly any (-2), I would guess. That is my guess. 

Burrow only got sacked once, and that was a 3rd down play where he held onto it trying to convert (the drive where we had the penalty on the FG and had to punt).

I think they just wanted to give Smith a fair chance to develop a relationship with Joe. Joe missed all of training camp and then Irv missed several weeks during the season so Tanner ended up with more actual practice time with Joe.
