11 vs 10.

Hubbard is on pace for 31 Pressures this year.

For comparison sake last year Trey Hendrickson had 33 and Myles Garrett had 32.

I thought we really had something there.

For whatever reason Wyatt Ray is active on gameday
But Hodges isnt. Ray has done nothing but take up space on Sundays.

Reader seems to be flying under the radar for how good he’s playing.

Hubbard is 92nd in the NFL in QB hits with 3.
Hendrickson has 10.
In the off season I was told Hubbard knows how to
Get to the QB. But he played with one arm last year
And the lack of talent around him was why he couldnt
Get to the QB.
He is healthy and the talent has been upgraded.
Yet he only has 1.5 sacks in 5 games

He on pace for 5 sacks.
The numbers suggest he cant finish in pursuit of the QB. He barely touched Rodgers in a game where we needed to bring Rodgers down

He just happens to have gotten injured.
Who should they go get midseason to fill in the gap?

He's already on the team: Cam Sample, he only saw 23% of the snaps on D last week, while Hubbard saw 83%

Maybe Zac's afraid Sam will pull a "Dunlap" if we play the young guy more.

I guess I never really saw Sample as much of a threat as an edge pass rusher.
The most sacks he had in a season in college was 5.0.
I always thought his best fit was going to be 3T or base end then swing inside on passing downs.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Patience has paid off!

Sorry for Party Rocking!

Carman is just not moving the needle right now.. actually i believe he has went down PFF overall each start... ouch..

Hopkins has been a struggle also.. easier though to replace Carman a guard with less responsibility than Hopkins as a center if we need to.

I thought the people who tried to argue "sacks" was the only stat to measure a pass rusher got some education last year by the way NFL teams valued Carl Lawson.

Cam Sample 10.5 sacks against college players over last 3 seasons.
Sam Hubbard 16.5 sacks against NFL players over last 3 seasons and rated as one of the top DE's against the run.

Just like Dunlap Hubbard would be entitled to be upset if he got benched for an inferior player.

He came within inches of a pick six.  Rogers just made an amazing throw.  I thought he was solid all game.  It was Pratt (I believe) that whiffed on their RB in the hole and gave up the huge run.
