The legendary University of Tennessee women's basketball coach led the team to 8 national titles and won 1,098 games, more than any coach in men's or women's college basketball.

An Alzheimer's diagnosis forced her to retire following the 2011-2012 season. Died early this morning in Knoxville.

One of the greatest coaches of all time in all of sports.
You can always trust an dishonest man to be dishonest. Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to look out for.

I can't claim to be a huge fan of women's sports, but she is a true legend.... gone too soon.
I'm gonna break every record they've got. I'm tellin' you right now. I don't know how I'm gonna do it, but it's goin' to get done.
