Oline run game is ass, no matter what Cincy media says

0.71 average ypc before potential tackle point offensive line yards

2.29 average ypc after potential tackle point running back yards.

I can't ever open thumbnails so not sure which info you had in that mustard seed sized attachment. So, I will just lay it out there, that much of this comes from Hill's loss of productivity and Mixons learning curve of the NFL. The OL of course, although getting a smidgen better, couldnt open a hole if lined up against corn stalks. Now, with Gio having a more active role and also Mixons development, they have done better, but still nothing to write home about. Although, Gio looked extremely good against Pittsburgh and not sure why we went away from what was working in that game. Haven't read anything in the Cincy media pertaining to a good running game here unless they were referring to the Pittsburgh & Bears game. But even with an improved running game, there is no difference between averaging 5yds per carry and 2yds per carry if the running game is not utilized correctly.
