Stern is a fraud recluse who became everything he purported to despise.  He should have retired ten years ago but instead devolved into a poor man's Howard Hughes, afraid to even play chess with another vaccinated neighbor.  Quite simply, if you quote Stern at this point you're not an intelligent person.  An intelligent person does not quote a neurotic, deranged shut in.

Nah, not on this subject.  When you've had your profession raked over the coals by reprobates who suddenly care about law enforcement after 01/06 but still consider you a racist cog in a machine designed to kill minorities you don't tend to give those people any slack.  Morale in law enforcement is at rock bottom, our job is harder than ever.  The constant attempts to explain away the huge spike in violent crime as anything other than the permissive attitude towards criminals and vilification of law enforcement are nauseating and the people really suffering for this intentional misconception are the very minority communities that the same people claim to care so much about.  I have absolutely zero patience for it.

The good news is that it will eventually become too obvious to ignore and then those same people will pretend they were on board with law enforcement all along.  The bad news is that this will take several years and thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of people will be victimized in the interim.  But hey, as long as we're part of the in crowd, right?
