Yea.  I don't want to derail the thread but that's cool.

I was just mentioning in another thread that this team has a serious will to win.  With cornerstone players finding ways to play through injuries, and still managing to do great things despite being hampered, these guys definitely have the hearts of their mascot, the Bengal Tiger.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

No doubt. Also, when the young guys and backups see high dollar starters battling to get back on the field, it's infectious. Lapham said Ossai's injury is pretty painful, yet he grinds it out and contributes to a big turnover.

12.22 report

considering where we started the week this is a vast improvement

Out
Sam Hubbard-calf

Questionable
Jalen Davis-thumb
Hayden Hurst-calf
CTB-shoulder
Jay Tufele-illness

no injury designation
La'el Collins- nagging back problem
DJ Reader- protecting that knee
Trey Hendrickson-wrist
Tee Higgins-hamstring
Mike Hilton-knee
Trent Taylor-hamstring
Eli Apple-ankle

Trey will not be wearing a "club" over his injured wrist. A good splint is all that is needed and he wants the ability to use his hands.

Getting better every day. Cannot believe Trey is going to play this soon, wild.

Also, hope Jay Tufele feels better come game day. Will need him against the Patriots. Damn good run stopper.

Trey essentially gets another bye/rest week too. If there is anyone that could have used it it's him.

Trey's a gamer for sure. I remember the playoff game last year towards end of game and he was basically dragging himself off the field.

Much respect
