It will be interesting to see if Spain is retained.
Bengals traditionally have not paid IOL $10+ mill a year.
Spain's performance this year could warrant it though.
Personally, I'd offer him 3 years, $25 mill and negotiate from there.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Patience has paid off!

They should probably extend him tomorrow and put more money in his pocket this year. 3 years/ $36 Mil extension with a big portion being signing bonus this year
I might give him close to ten a year, but only for two years.
I split the baby and say 2yr $18 million. Or, since we have the cap space sitting there I like the idea of giving him an extension now. He is playing for peanuts (around $1 million). He'd probably love to get a few million more in his pocket right now. Make it salary instead of a bonus so we can eat it all this year.
Spain appears to be pretty dependable. He was a starter from '16-'19 and only missed 5 games in those 4 years. He is already 30, but he should have 2 more good years easy.

If anybody deserves a middle of the season extension, it is Big Q.
