I was bummed to hear that this morning.

With Bond, as with the Highlander, there can be only one.

RIP Sir Sean!

I love his Bond movies, but Last Crusade will always be my favorite role of his.

Not the “only” James Bond, just the best (by far).

Craig and Brosnan both made a great Bond film (Goldeneye & Casino Royale). Connery was Bond though. The swagger he had (even irl) was just off the charts.

All legends must go eventually, sad that he's now gone too.

From all accounts, a very-decent human being as well, aside from being a great actor. May he find peace in the afterlife.

As an aside, I don't want to debate about the truest Bond in a tribute post to Connery, but, yeah, not only is he a terrible Bond, but he is 0 like the Bond in the books; Craig is the truest Bond (and definitely the best *BOND* actor, in terms of acting range and chops), followed by Dalton.

But again, that's a debate for another thread Wink.

Sean Connery was just an awesome dude. RIP brother and hope to see you again.

I was missing him lately strangely, just saying to people, where is Connery? Haven't seen him since "Finding Forrester"
or something. Loved him in tons of movies, guy was great and loved his accent. Great man, love "The Rock", "Highlander"
and many others. Remember watching a good old movie of Connery where it was a Disney movie about Leprechauns early
in his career which was wild. Forget the movie.

Lived to 90 and I am sure had a GREAT life.

Not getting into the Bond argument, my fave is Daniel Craig, sorry to anyone that would offend.

Neither have I lol, but it's freaky how much Disney knowledge I have stored in my head (the animated Canon, for example; I've seen MAYBE 2/3 of the films, yet I can rattle off each one off the top of my head, from Snow White to Frozen II), especially since I'm not a massive fan of any of their films, save for maybe a handful (and Disney has hundreds of films under their belt).

Time Bandits, oh yeah Sean was in that wasn't he? Wild. Haven't watched Time Bandits in awhile.

Have it in some of my old VHS.

Saw that Darby O'Gill show when I was a kid. Weird when you watch some of these shows when you are older, trippy.

BTW, Kurt Russell was in lots of Disney shows when he was a kid.

Little known Connery film that I really liked.

"The Wind and the Lion"

Based on a true story of honor, bravery, and tradition.

The best Bond (followed by Craig). He was great in The Untouchables, Medicine Man and The Hunt For Red October, too.

Damn that girl that played Katie was freaking cute as all get out. I watched that show like 100 times (ok, maybe 10-15) as a kid. Had a crush on her. Damn red head and that smile was amazing. The smile was captivating. What I wanted to do with that smile of hers was to... Damnit, I can't say?  Ninja

Darby was funny in that show too and so was the leprechaun. Oh, and since this is the Sean Connery thread, he won the fight at the end and I was happy - lol.
