Reds August 1st to 15th Games Thread
#61
Bell is the first Red to be ejected this year and maybe Winker was too not sure. They had every right to be pissed. Both strike 2 and 3 call were completely horrible especially strike 3.

The bullpen and most of the bats not named Castellanos have been absolute garbage. How many innings since they scored a run?

All that proves is the Reds aren't as good as Cleveland. Bauer, Disco, Gray against Milwaukee this weekend. Better luck against them. GO REDS.

Losing is one thing, 2 runs in the last 3 games is quite another...

Yep

We're two games away from being 1/4 thru the season and we're 5 games down in the loss column. If the don't remember how to hit and find a couple guys who can pitch for the bullpen it's gonna be to little to late in a hot damn hurry.

How is it this team has entrenched itself into this digging a hole they can't recover from to start the season ? They did a fairly big roster turnover and it's still the same thing. Is it lack of preparation ? Coaching ? The Manager ?

Over their next 9 games they have 6 at home and they're playing the Royals and Pirates, 3 against Brewers on road now. The Royals and Pirates only have 5 or 6 wins between them. The Reds need like 7 of these games bad !

They go like 4-5 it's gonna be basically we'll get em next season, again.

Senzel left the game yesterday in the 4th inning, they're saying left groin tightness. He's to be re-evaluated today. I've been hoping he's gonna get past the injury bug but it just doesn't seem so.

We need Suarez and Moustakas to get going in a bad way. Winker may finally be getting going ?

Castellanos is tied with Aaron Judge for HR's and is in 2nd place for RBI's.
